Osteopath – Personal trainer
Osteopath in Helsinki. Jerry Ketola.
Welcome to osteopathy! Book an appointment online or call +358 40 557 3874.
With many years of experience, I’ve carried out thousands of treatments. As an osteopath I treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, and I also focus on rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise to support long-term results.

At my clinic, clients are treated as equals. Through my professional skills I aim to pass on the knowledge and techniques I’ve built up over the years for their benefit.
About me
Who is Jerry?
I’m Jerry Ketola, a 59-year-old fitness enthusiast who still plays hockey in veteran leagues. I train regularly at the gym and know the local running trails and cross-country ski routes well. I also love cooking and full-bodied red wines.
I’m trained as an osteopath and a personal trainer. My career started in 1991 as a sports masseur. Today my work is split between osteopathy and coaching.
I’ve also written a non-fiction book, Back Pain and the Power of the Mind (Otava 2017), which I’m very proud of. Over 2,000 copies have been sold, and it’s now available on all major audiobook platforms.
