Osteopathic treatment is gentle hands-on therapy that helps the body move and function without pain. My goal is to find the root cause of your pain and guide you toward lasting results, not just temporary relief.
My work focuses especially on:
- treatment of lower back pain
- tension in the neck–shoulder area and headaches

What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy where an osteopath assesses and treats the body manually. Treatments are gentle, precise, and always tailored to what the body needs.
Individual osteopathic care involves hands-on assessment of how the body is loaded, the condition of tissues, and nervous system function. The goal is to restore natural movement, balance, and pain-free function.
My specialty is treating low back pain and functional lumbar spine issues. Treatment is built on careful assessment, manual techniques, and exercises that support long-term recovery.
Athletes benefit from osteopathic movement analysis, assessment of muscle balance, and hands-on tissue treatment. Osteopathy helps improve performance and prevent injuries.
Osteopathic treatment gives you immediate relief from pain and tension. If you want, I’ll also give you simple home exercises so you can manage the problem yourself.
