Knee pain
Knee pain and osteopathy
Various types of knee pain are very common, especially among athletes, active exercisers and older adults. With over 30 years of experience, I can help ease your knee pain with osteopathic treatment.
Osteopathic techniques are painless; treatment focuses on the muscles that affect how the knee functions. Mobilisation techniques are also used to improve the knee’s range of motion. As a result, knee function improves and pain is reduced.
I’ll also give you guidance on how to rehabilitate your knee with specific exercises, and I’ll teach you the correct way to perform them.
I want to emphasize that knee osteoarthritis is not a barrier to receiving osteopathic treatment.

Osteopathy for knee pain
As we get older, knee pain can limit movement and reduce quality of life. Osteopathy is a gentle, whole‑body approach that works especially well for seniors.
Treatment looks for the true source of the pain – often muscle tension is a key factor. Muscles can become tight from both underuse and overuse.
An osteopath uses safe, hands‑on techniques to improve joint mobility, ease pain, and support the body’s natural recovery.
Treatment can also help when wear or osteoarthritis is causing trouble. Take a step toward a more pain-free everyday life – book an appointment or ask how I can help you personally.
